Exercise Smarter, Not Longer

But not anymore!

Intervals are one of the best ways to burn fat and get your metabolism going. There’s a reason they’re part of the surge plan. One awesome benefit of interval training is that you keep burning calories even after you stop working out.  So it’s like a bonus workout while you’re sitting on the couch.

You don’t have to spend an extra hour at the gym to get more results. Sometimes you just need to catch your body by surprise and do something it’s not expecting. So put on some music, a pair of tennis shoes, and your game face and get ready to burn some calories! Get over that plateau!
